If there is an amount that needs to be billed to customer, the CSR or Authorized User initiates Billing process. CC&B provides the CSR or Authorized User with valuable insight and overall analysis of the Customer's financial situation. Account Financial History, Billing History, Credit Rating, and Credit and Collection History may be reviewed. Control Central Alerts and other Dashboard information assist the CSR or Authorized User in determining eligibility for creating new Bill or any rebilling based on established business rules.
